Is the free part really free?

Yes. Every expert sets 3, 5 or 10 free minutes. The client pays nothing to start the call and enters no payment details upfront. When the countdown hits 0:00 the call simply pauses — the client continues only if they choose to pay.

How do I get paid as an expert?

When a client pays to continue, the amount is credited to your Minuto wallet immediately. You withdraw to your UPI ID whenever you like. Founding experts pay 0% commission for their first 90 days; after that it's a flat 10% — you keep 90%.

What if the call drops mid-way?

Free and paid minutes are tracked on our servers, not on the phone. If the network drops, both sides rejoin from the same link and continue where they left off — paid time you haven't used is never lost.

Do clients need to install an app?

No. Your link opens in any mobile or desktop browser and the call starts right there. Clients sign in with just their email or Google account.

What does Minuto cost?

For clients: the free minutes cost nothing, and after that they pay the expert's posted rate (₹499 for 15 minutes is typical). For experts: no monthly fee, no listing fee — only the commission on completed paid calls.

Is my call and data private?

Calls run over encrypted connections and are between you and the client — we don't sell your data. Payments are processed by Razorpay, so card and UPI details never touch our servers. We store only what billing needs: call duration and amount.
